CORRESPONDENCE

Communication is one of the nine pillars of our Strategic Business Plan and reinforces the value of consistent and
‚Äčtransparent correspondence.  A police organization can not effectively serve the community without the trust of its people. Among our core values which we operate under is; Integrity, Excellence, Partnerships and Teamwork.  


Throughout the year, the Waterloo Regional Police Service receives several letters, emails, tweets, and phone calls from citizens.  Each one, with its own set of circumstances, is handled through appropriate measures to ensure a satisfactory result. 


For the purposes of this report, those communiques have been compiled in to two categories.
